キャンセル条件:
理由の如何を問わず、客室予約のキャンセルや変更はできません。 疑義を避けるために、部屋、関連する食事、および/またはその他の追加の追加料金をキャンセル、変更、または返金することはできません（"ノーショー"を含む）。 これらのキャンセル料は、ホテルを補償する必要があり、任意のサービスには関係ありません。
ホテルに到着しない（ノーショー） :
到着予定日にホテルに到着しなかった場合、予約全体の払い戻しはできません。
ご宿泊の変更 :
早期出発の場合は、確認された予約の全額を支払う必要があります。

Note: Tourist tax
The total amount of the reservation does not include the tourist tax.
The tourist tax will be paid in Tunisian Dinars by the customer on site at the hotel and will be mentioned in the invoice.
The tax is of the order of 12 tunisian dinars (about 04 Euro) per night and per adult for foreigners, and 3 dinars per night and per adult for the Maghrebians and the Tunisians "children under the age of 12 are exempt".
