Forma de Pago:
El importe total de la estancia se abonará por adelantado con tarjeta de crédito en el momento de la reserva.
Las condiciones de cancelación:
Las reservas de habitaciones no pueden cancelarse y / o modificarse por ningún motivo. Para evitar dudas, la(s) habitación (es), las comidas asociadas y/u otros extras adicionales no se pueden cancelar, modificar ni reembolsar (incluido cualquier "no presentación"). Estos gastos de cancelación deben compensar al hotel y no conciernen a ningún servicio.
No llegada al hotel (NO SHOW) :
Si no se presenta en el hotel en la fecha de llegada programada, la reserva completa no es reembolsable.
Modificación de la estancia :
En caso de salida anticipada, deberá abonar el importe total de la reserva confirmada.

Note: Tourist tax
The total amount of the reservation does not include the tourist tax.
The tourist tax will be paid in Tunisian Dinars by the customer on site at the hotel and will be mentioned in the invoice.
The tax is of the order of 12 tunisian dinars (about 04 Euro) per night and per adult for foreigners, and 3 dinars per night and per adult for the Maghrebians and the Tunisians "children under the age of 12 are exempt".
